Thank you for shopping with Abella Lane! We are so grateful for your support of our small business. We strive to provide quality clothing and exceptional customer service. Please review our store policies before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges


We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:


  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment (excluding original shipping charges).


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or have odors (such as perfume, smoke, or deodorant).
  • Items with stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Items with missing or removed tags.
  • Sale, clearance, or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to make it right.


Please note that items damaged after delivery or through normal wear are not eligible for return or replacement.


Shipping


  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
  • Once your package has been shipped, Abella Lane is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Order Cancellations


Orders begin processing quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.


Colors & Product Images


We do our best to accurately display product colors and details. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.


Pricing & Availability


Prices and inventory are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders due to inventory inaccuracies.


Promotions & Discounts


Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.
